Solve is a continuous improvement coaching platform provided by Solve Apps Ltd. By using Solve you agree to these terms. If you are using Solve on behalf of an organisation, you are also agreeing on that organisation's behalf.
You may use Solve to support genuine continuous improvement, problem-solving, and engineering work within your organisation. You must not:
The problem descriptions, documents, and reports you create in Solve belong to your organisation. We process this data on your behalf to provide the coaching service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
We do not use your session content to train AI models.
Solve uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate coaching responses. AI responses are provided to support your thinking — they are not a substitute for professional engineering judgement, regulatory advice, or legal opinion. You are responsible for decisions made based on Solve's outputs.
AI models can make mistakes. Always review AI-generated content before incorporating it into formal documents or reports.
We aim to keep Solve available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance. We will give advance notice where possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify your organisation's administrator of significant changes. Continued use of Solve after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your organisation's administrator can close accounts. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
Solve is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Solve Apps Ltd is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including losses arising from AI coaching responses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid for that period.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
